National Updates

The Australian Early Childhood Sustainability Conference – Engage, Empower, Enact is being hosted by EEEC on behalf of the Alliance to be held at Swinburne University Hawthorn Campus, Melbourne 2024.  It will kick off on Friday 25th of October with afternoon field trips and a twilight welcome evening of networking followed by a Saturday conference program featuring leading national and international speakers coupled with engaging workshops in the afternoon.  

These two new ECEfS publications to assist with implementation of the new EYLF V2 sustainability principle.

The Alliance of ECEfS networks across Australia has begun meeting to share ideas about professional learning and resourcing to promote the new sustainability principle. While there is much to celebrate here, we have identified some gaps that need to be addressed to support implementation.
